What you will need: Balloon, news paper, glue, and a bowl,
First blow up a balloon pore your glue into a bowl and add water stir it all
together (you will probably need a whole bottle of glue). tear the news paper into short strips make sure not to yous big pieces, wet a piece of news paper and put it on your balloon repeat this until the balloon is covered with wet news paper do at least three layers of news paper (Putting your balloon into a container makes it not roll around so much). let dry (this will take about three or so days or if you want it to dry quicker you can blow dry it!)
