Kailey loves to go down to the beach and look at the tide pools and all of the crabs and other creatures that live there! But when someone puts a sign up at the beach that someone is going to make a beach resort at the beach and they are going to take away the tide pools Kailey tries to think of a way to make them not take away the tide pools.
