Supplies needed:
recycled container, pen, whatever colored paper you like,
scissors, ribbon, hot-glue gun.
Cut ribbon to length needed.
Then glue to container.
Repeat this until the whole container is covered with ribbon
except for the lid.
Cut a circle of your paper, then glue it to the top of the lid.
decorate however you want.
